Business Development Manager
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan
- Close collaboration with the rest of the organization to collect feedback and incorporate compelling business trends and opportunities into existing plans
- Build, manage and adhere to the annual marketing budget
- Should have a deep understanding and experience of Product Marketing practices.
- Should have a strong background on software product management with a focus on customer experiences.
- Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the product
- Willing to travel, meet with business heads and other representatives of different companies, as well as do extensive communications
- Ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
Skill Set Required:
- Strong experience in IT sales and B2B Marketing
- Graduation / Post graduation in Economics/English/ Marketing
- Excellent verbal communication skills is a must
- Expertise in power point presentations and marketing videos
