Business Development Manager

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan
  • Close collaboration with the rest of the organization to collect feedback and incorporate compelling business trends and opportunities into existing plans
  • Build, manage and adhere to the annual marketing budget
  • Should have a deep understanding and experience of Product Marketing practices.
  • Should have a strong background on software product management with a focus on customer experiences.
  • Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
  • Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the product
  • Willing to travel, meet with business heads and other representatives of different companies, as well as do extensive communications
  • Ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

Skill Set Required:

  • Strong experience in IT sales and B2B Marketing
  • Graduation / Post graduation in Economics/English/ Marketing
  • Excellent verbal communication skills is a must
  • Expertise in power point presentations and marketing videos
