- Efficiently making Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Develop Customer Network.
- Maintaining of enquires and details as per format.
- Fixing Appointment.
- Coordinating with HR manager, sales executives.
- Handle the client complaints of their queries regarding the services and take their feedback about the services.
- To retain the existing customers and generate more business with them.
Skill Set Required:
- Excellent & Effective communication in English
- MS Office skills
- Good convincing skills
